We work in close partnership with leading public and private sector organisations to control premium costs and lost time associated with workers' compensation claims. We empower our clients to achieve results independently.
Aurenda has developed a proven model focusing on all aspects of injury prevention, management and cost control. The model works with all forms of workers' compensation insurance, conventional, burning cost, self insured and captive.
Our aim is to transfer knowledge to enable employers to eventually manage their workers' compensation costs in-house. This philosophy differs from other service providers who have a vested interest in creating dependency, not independency.
We help employers to focus on prevention and an improved approach to injury management, which ultimately reduces insurance premiums.
There are five components that can be controlled by an employer to control workers' compensation costs. These are injury prevention, medical costs and management; rehabilitation; claims management/ common law action; and management information/ financial accountability.

We offer independent training for safely representatives as well as training on legislative compliance and manual handling. We also conduct ergonomic assessments.

When injuries happen, we help employers control medical costs by appointing informed consultant doctors who understand their industry and workplace. We also help them manage the employee's swift return to work without relinquishing control to external rehabilitation providers.
