Our services are directed towards one goal – to assist employers to reduce the financial and human cost of workplace injuries.
We pride ourselves on our relationships, our primary relationship being the one we have with our clients. However, our relationships with a number of other third parties ensure that our clients receive maximum support, and maximum learning opportunities, in all aspects of preventing and managing injuries. These third parties include insurers, brokers, and legal, medical and rehabilitation providers. All offer very different services to Aurenda, but are an important part of the team approach that we use to assist employers.
Our point of difference is that we bring our knowledge and expertise to your organisation, and then progressively infuse it throughout your business via training, education, support, guidance and hands-on assistance. Our goal is to progressively improve and enhance your internal knowledge and skills so that over time, you incrementally assume greater internal ownership and become capable of providing direction for increasingly complex injuries.
On average, our clients achieve a 40 to 60 percent reduction in incurred workers’ compensation claims costs within the first year of working with us, with progressive improvements thereafter. These savings have the potential to lead to substantial reductions in workers' compensation premiums on an ongoing basis.
Whilst justifiably proud of these results, our clients are just as excited about being able to proactively provide high level assistance to their employees when injuries are sustained in the workplace.
